DESCRIPTION:Join us for an informative session exploring the supports available for both clinicians and patients through Pain Care BC and Pain BC. \n\nMatt Smith from Pain Care BC will provide a brief overview of the organization\, its key priorities\, and how healthcare practitioners can get involved.\nGregg Moor from Pain BC will offer an overview of the wide range of resources and programs available to support both practitioners and people living with pain.\nFinally\, Dr. Tracy Monk will present a case study demonstrating the use of the Chronic Pain Care Pathway on Pathways.
