We’ll share how a coordinated intake process, anchored by the launch of social work referrals, is designed to strengthen team-based care and improve access for patients across the region.
We’re also thrilled to welcome guests from the Central Okanagan PCN, who bring five years of experience and will offer insights from their own centralized intake journey.
