Initiatives

Our Division supports member priorities and the primary care system. We enable member driven projects and initiatives and the pursuit of funding opportunities to fill gaps, and explore new opportunities in the primary care system, to enhance patient and provider experience.

Project work is made possible through key funders, including the Family Practice Services Committee and the Shared Care Committee.
