Join Doctors of BC and provincial health system leaders for an update on the restart of the Digital Referrals & Orders (DRO) program. Learn more about the phased rollout to support building regional referral networks, how the program is supporting more connected, coordinated care across British Columbia, and hear from clinical and health system partners about the benefits for family physicians, specialists and patients.

In this session, you will hear an overview of the program restart and firsthand perspectives from family and specialist physicians about the value of digital referrals in practice. The session will also explore how digital referral tools will support cancer care intake. Attendees will gain insight into the future direction of DRO and how these tools are helping to improve access, communication and care coordination across BC’s health system.
