Join us on May 6th, 2026 for an evening of practical learning, connection, and conversation focused on hypertension care in primary care.
This upcoming clinical showcase will explore what’s new in the latest hypertension guidelines and what those updates mean in real practice. We’re also pleased to welcome Dr. Remy Wong, Internist, as our keynote speaker. The goal is to offer useful, take-away learning for primary care providers, while also highlighting how the Primary Care Network (PCN) Health Hub’s interdisciplinary team can support hypertensive patients across the Thompson region.
Along with practical clinical content, the evening will be a chance to connect with colleagues, enjoy some food and drinks, and learn more about the team-based supports available through the PCN.
