PAS Training Sessions for MOAs: Access, Attachment & Panel Management

The Ministry of Health, in partnership with Doctors of BC and Nurses and Nurse Practitioners of BC, is offering an advanced webinar series designed specifically for Medical Office Assistants (MOAs) and clinic administrative staff who support attachment and panel management in primary care.

These interactive sessions are a great opportunity for MOAs to strengthen their confidence and efficiency using the Provincial Attachment System (PAS) — including how to digitally receive, select, and confirm patients directly in the system.

Family Physicians and Nurse Practitioners are encouraged to support their MOAs in attending. Investing one hour can streamline clinic workflows, improve attachment processes, and strengthen coordination with local Attachment Coordinators.
